To start the rental application process, you can download our Rental Application and Co-Signor Agreement forms. After downloading and printing out both forms, please read the instructions, and fill them out completely. When completed, you can bring them to the Keystone Property Management office at 533 Southgate Avenue in Iowa City. There is a $25.00 application processing fee per applicant. This is due upon submission of your application.
Co-Signors are required anytime an applicant can not fulfill the finacial responsibility requirements for tenancy, or the credit FICO score falls below the required minimum for tenancy. If there are multiple applicants applying as roommates and even one of them cannot meet the requirements, then all applicants must provide co-signors.
