If by awful luck or happenstance, you should damage or break something during your residency, the first thing you should do is contact our office. After speaking with you, a member of our staff can help schedule a repair, or can help you through what steps you should take to get whatever it is repaired.
For your information we have put together a list of estimates for repairs and replacements of things that are routinely damaged. These charges are fairly close to what vendors charge us for the listed types of work done. Remember, if you fail to take care of problems while still living in the property, these charges will still be assessed to you at the time of move-out. Additionally, because vendors are less accessible during turnover season, these charges can oftentimes be quite higher at move-out than they would have been if taken care of earlier.
