WHEN PAYING RENT…
- Remember that rent is due on the 1st of every month. Payments sent by mail must have a postmark of the 1st (or earlier) and delivered rent must be in our office on the 1st whether or not the office is open (use the drop slot in the door). Payments must be delivered on the 1st regardless of holidays or weekends.
- Rent must be paid with ONE (1) check, money order, or cash. If your rent is returned to you for improper payment, late fees and other charges are applicable.
- Your check is to be made out to the Landlord of the property (refer to your lease for that name). Please DO NOT make your check out to Keystone Property Management.
- To ensure proper, timely credit, make certain that the property address, apartment number, parking space number, or any other reason for payment is listed on the check.
